How To Register
Registration can be completed in 2 ways. Either online via our WeTravel registration site, or through a Team Administrator if a college requires payments to go through their administration rather than passengers making payments individually online.
Register via College Team Administrator (Offline) Some colleges require payments to go to the school first. The school then send Quest Sports Travel a combined payment for all passengers. If so coaches can register everyone by sending an Excel spreadsheet with roster details. Alternatively, coaches can still have passengers register online with a $0 deposit and then collect payments at the school. This method is preferred so we can communicate and send tour planning info to passengers directly, so taking much of the admin responsibility off the coach's shoulders.
Register Online Most groups (colleges, schools and clubs) prefer to have passengers register individually online. Your group will be sent a unique link to view your tour proposal and complete individual registration. Coaches / Group Leaders are included in this process as we give them "Team Member" rights to log in to the site and view registration statuses.
