Online Registration Instructions


Registration for all tours is completed online through our registration provider Blue Sombrero.

The process is pretty simple and should be self explanatory once you begin creating your account, but here are the step by step instructions:

Step 1: Go to

Step 2: Click on “Register Now” at the top of the page

Step 3: This takes you to our Registration Server. Click “Register Now” the enter an adult's info in the required boxes and create an account

Step 4: Complete your “Account Details” page by entering gender, address etc of account holder. Then click the green ‘Continue” at the bottom
Step 5: Select the appropriate description from the pop up box - parent registering a participant, coach or team personnel, or registering myself
Step 6. You are brought to the “Add Participant” page. If the account holder is traveling simply check the Yes?No box in the blue bar at the top of the page. If the account holder is not traveling complete the required boxes with the traveler’s info.
Step 7. If more than 1 person from the family is traveling click the green “Add Participant” in the bottom left and enter their info. Repeat until all passengers are added. If not, or once all passengers are added, click the green “Continue” in the bottom right

Step 8: Select the correct tour from the menu of tour options. You have the option to select the Full Tour or Land Only (no airfare) package. Do so by clicking on the green “+ Register” on the appropriate line.
- If there is more than one passenger traveling select the tour for the first passenger then scroll down to where the list starts over (it is alphabetical and there is a grey bar at the section break) and select the tour for the second passenger. Continue scrolling down until all passengers have a tour package selected then click the green “Continue” in the bottom right

Step 9: Proceed through the screens to enter Emergency Contact info, Passenger Status, Travel Insurance choice etc and check the “Accept the Waiver” box to confirm you have read the payment schedule, cancellation policy etc listed above it. Click
 the green “Continue” in the bottom right 

Step 10: At the checkout screen you will have a couple of options - pay in full (not recommended as the final price may fluctuate) or the payment plan (e.g. Full Tour: Res Con). Select the desired payment option for each passenger then click the blue “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
Step 11: You now have the option to either pay by credit card or by check:
- if paying by credit card: Please remember, all credit / debit payments are charged a 3.5% processing fee. If you choose to pay by credit card and select the installment plan your card will automatically be charged the amount due at the time of registration, and then will automatically charge the installments on their future due dates.

- If paying by check: Select the “Check" option then click the blue ‘Continue" at the bottom of the page. Then mail your check for $350 per person payable to Quest Sports Travel to PO Box 419, Malverne, NY 11565

Step 12: Review your choices then complete your registration by clicking the green “Submit Order” in the bottom right
